Before the Class Begins-From John and Chris

-Market your class (send out flyers, contact friends and past participants to pass out flyers for you, use incentives, give people a tuition credit, etc.)

-Send for manuals two weeks before the class begins

-Email Tracey Rager (trager@plsweb.com) to order manuals

-Call Tracey Rager for manuals 800-526-4630 EXT. 2005

-Check to make sure you have the registration materials from either Rockford College or the University of St. Francis

-Rockford College materials contact Michele Mehren (mmehren@rockford.edu) or call her at 877-801-7700

-University of St. Francis materials contact Barb Ingold (bingold@stfrancis.edu) or call 800-735-7500

-If the course is canceled, YOU are responsible for canceling the site.

-Send out a welcoming letter to all participants providing basic directions to the site.

-Download your class list.

-Be sure you have the prepaid PLS envelops.

-Check to make sure the PLS evaluations have been sent to you.

-Make sure you have the PLS credit card forms (Discover and Am Ex now accepted)

-Make sure you give each participant a PLS Payment Receipt form (they must send it in)
